It is provided at the time of Plan Approval and it suggests the requirement of fire appliances as per your industrial activity. These are the following steps to apply for Provisional Fire NOC:
Online Application for Provisional Fire NOC at the time of Plan Approval from your portal.
Approval for Provisional Fire NOC and its listing will be provided as per the category(Green / Orange / Red) of your industrial activity by SPA or Fire planning authority.
The final list for Provisional Fire NOC will be provided after the payment of the demand note and at the time of plan approval in your portal.
Final Fire NOC
It is approved at the time of Building Completion Certificate(BCC) and following are the steps to apply for final fire NOC:
Online Application for Final Fire NOC before or at the time of Building Completion Certificate(BCC) from your portal.
Receipt of payment of Fire Protection Fund Fees and Additional Fire Protection Fund Fees paid to MIDC.
As-built area statement from Licensed Architect with floor wise area and indicating a total cover area on each floor.
Certificate of Compliance with Provisional Fire Approval submitted by License Agency appointed by the company.
No Dues Certificate from MIDC account department (Only if charges are paid w.r.t incremental construction).
Approval and inspection on-site for Final Fire NOC will be done by the fire planning authority as per the listing provided in the provisional fire NOC.
If the fire provision is done as per the Provisional Fire NOC then the application for Final Fire NOC is approved and shown in your portal.
